Miami Spice 2012 At Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Fontainebleau Miami Beach proudly announces the return of the Miami Spice, the widely anticipated annual restaurant promotion showcasing the best of Miami cuisine at great savings. The resort’s three AAA Four Diamond award-winning signature restaurants - Hakkasan, Scarpetta and Gotham Steak - will once again take part in the wildly popular seasonal dining program, which will be even tastier this year with the addition of La Côte, the resort’s chic, two-level restaurant with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to La Cote joining as a participating restaurant, diners will also enjoy a new special, complementary “middle course” offered during midweek to nighttime diners.

Throughout August and September, Hakkasan, Scarpetta, Gotham Steak and La Cote will be offering amazing dining experiences – three course meals featuring delectable dishes at price points of $23 for Dim Sum lunch at Hakkasan and $39 for dinner at Hakkasan, Scarpetta, Gotham Steak and La Cote (not including tax, gratuity and beverages) with optional wine flights for an additional cost. This year’s menu highlights include Braised Short Rib of Beef, Pan Seared Black Bass, Black Truffle Beef Stroganoff and Dark Chocolate Mousse from Gotham Steak; Yellow Tail Snapper, Porchetta, Oven Roasted Chicken, Creamy Polenta and Coconut Panna Cotta from Scarpetta; Sautéed Snapper, Seared Scallops, Tomato Salad and Mango Crème Brûlée from La Cote; Spicy Sautéed Shredded Pork, Stir-Fried Snow Pea and Cloud Ear Mushroom with Garlic, Dim Sum Combo and Mango Custard from Hakkasan.
