Mia Market In The Miami Design District New Concept

The global culinary hotspot located at Miami Design District’s Palm Court Plaza, MIA Market, along with a new name, has announced the addition of several original concepts. Formerly St. Roch, the diverse food hall is now under the ownership and management of Macromia Group, who will maintain the establishment's already beloved chefs, while integrating a selection of new purveyors within a revamped setting. MIA Market has already established themselves as a culinary gathering place within a world class shopping and design haven, providing the distinct character and flavors of the melting pot that is Miami.

MIA Market houses 12 chefs, offering a flexible chef-driven experience from a roster of exciting young purveyors and restaurateurs. The food hall’s roster of beloved food purveyors includes:

Jaffa, an Israeli kitchen with Mediterranean cuisine influenced by Miami culinary darling Yaniv Cohen. Some highlights include a hummus tower, delicious falafel, turmeric roasted cauliflower, deconstructed baba ganoush and assorted meats as well as fantastic vegan dishes.
Dal Plin, which presents handmade fresh pasta, ravioli, gnocchi and traditional comfort Italian specialties using classic techniques, fresh ingredients and original recipes to bring back authentic Italian flavors by Chefs Elisabetta Callegaro and Massimo Tundo.
Hot Lime, a craft taco and ceviche concept influenced by Miami’s diverse Latin cultures by Chef Daniel Gonzalez and Carlos Padilla.
Tran An, which draws inspiration from the richness of Vietnamese culture providing a wide range of classic Vietnamese food offerings like pho, banh mi and salads with inventive protein options by Chef Jon Nguyen.
Sabal Coffee brings high-quality craft coffee and tea beverages to the market by owner Chase Rodriguez, featuring a menu filled with espresso-based beverages, ready-brew, cold-brew, and single-origin pour-overs, as well as house made vegan cookies.
COOP brings Brothers Robert, Chef Ruben, and Giancarlo Rodriguez’s culinary vision to life, offering American Southern food that serves unique takes on traditional dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
The Bar at MIA Market, featuring an array of wine and beer, as well as a cocktail menu and a light bar bite menu curated by the MIA Market chefs.

Continuing to support and elevate local talent, MIA Market is pleased to introduce a selection of new crave-worthy concepts including:

Ruby Dees, a light refreshing technique-driven concept that is globally inspired and ideated by beloved Miami chef, Daniel Roy.
Osom Bites, offering hand-crafted ice cream and a range of savory and sweet Crêpes from Roxana Morfe.
Foirette, an elevated dining concept imagined by renowned chef J.D. Hilburn. Former Chef of Michelin 2 star restaurant Danube in NYC and veteran of Montrachet and RM. Chefs Karen Ruedas and Tristen Reyes bring years of experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in NYC and Europe.

Later this winter, MIA Market will announce two additional concepts - an elevated, traditional sushi concept that is sure to make heads turn on December 26, and an eatery with an emphasis on wholesome, organic ingredients used in a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, bowls, salads, and more.
