Two words that are guaranteed to pique anyone’s interest are “wine” and “food,” and paired together to perfection with oceanfront views makes for an unforgettable dining experience.
On Saturday, May 20th at 7 p.m. the award-winning, 3800 Ocean, at Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa, will host a six course Flora Springs Wine Dinner, featuring a delectable menu by 3800 Ocean’s Executive Chef Gustavo Calderon and wine pairings by Richard Tiedemann.
Menu selections will include Scallop Aguachile with a serrano-Lime marinade, avocado, and pickled red onion; Octopus with botija olive sauce, fried potato, coriander, and heirloom cherry tomato peppadew pepper aioli; Florida Fried Green Tomatoes with pork belly confit, onion marmalade, and chimichurri; Pan Seared Halibut with wild Forrest mushrooms, potato mousseline, and truffle lobster foam; Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with roasted seasonal vegetables, thyme jus, and potato-ricotta gnocchi; and a mouthwatering finale of Mango and Hibiscus Tart with blackberry mirror, caramelized macadamia and key lime crème.
The Flora Springs Wine dinner is $85 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Patrons will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase the variety of wines tasted alongside their meals.
