LaMuse Cafe at Avant Gallery in Brickell is located in the heart of Miami's booming financial district. When the clock strikes noon, executives all over town are constantly on the hunt for the best power lunch spot to kickback with their colleagues or clients.
Owner Dmitry Prut realized the demand in the area for a value-added menu that will satisfy even the most refined palates, including your CEOs. Today, the restaurant has launched its Executive Lunch prix-fixe menu, for only $25 per person. Available on Wednesdays only, with limited seatings at noon and 1 pm, guests can expect to experience delicious dishes with premium ingredients, including lobster, seafood, salads, innovative desserts, and its newest and most popular dish the ERTHBurger.
For anyone concerned that they can't get their hands on the Impossible or Beyond Burger sold out everywhere at Whole Foods, LaMuse Cafe has you covered as its burger bleeds with all sorts of nutritious goodness. The ErthBurger uses a meatless patty (made with mushrooms, tree nuts, sprouted grains and egg) to serve as a healthier alternative to indulge in a burger and leave a lighter footprint on our planet. With this burger, the artful eatery is also participating in the James Beard Foundation’s 2018 Blended Burger Project, a competition in which restaurants create healthier, sustainable burgers for a panel of food experts. Guests can submit their votes through July 31 HERE.
With that said, we will leave you with top five reasons you should make your resys weeks in advance to experience LaMuse Cafe's haute-casual Executive Lunch Wednesdays Menu:
For those corporate folks, this menu is bound to loosen up ties as this Alice In Wonderland-ish, whimsical, lush, and always bold space is situated in Miami's favorite contemporary art gallery and will give you a pop of color, culture and inspiration before you head back to the office for your next mundane call or meeting. The menu is also the perfect creative way to power up your mid-week slump.
The $25 tasting menu will give guests a huge bang for their buck of high-end quality cuisine, all while experiencing this in a creative, intimate setting.
It's walking distance to the entire Downtown/Brickell area and for those who prefer to drive, the restaurant is now offering valet parking validation for a 2-hour limit and minimum $40 purchase.
Because the ERTHBurger is BETTER than any other veggie one in town and the Dali's Dreamy Lobster Cobb is NOT to be missed!
If you have some time to spare after lunch, you can walk around the gallery which features celebrated artists from Alec Monopoly to DAIN, Skyler Grey, Santlov, BNS and more!
