HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Kuro, the award-winning, new-style Japanese restaurant located at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, is hosting an exclusive wine pairing dinner featuring selections from Napa Valley’s PlumpJack, Cade and Odette Wineries on Thursday, July 13, 2017. The five-course dinner, hosted by PlumpJack Group’s Scot Gaffney, will be prepared by Kuro’s creative culinary team led by Executive Chef Alex Q. Becker. Each course will be expertly paired. The night will begin with a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. All guests in attendance will take home a complimentary bottle of Adaptation wine by Odette.
