With grilling season right around the corner, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino celebrates National BBQ Month in May by bringing bbq indoors with specials all month at two of its award winning restaurants– Kuro and Council Oak Steaks & Seafood.

No BBQ is complete without skewers and at Kuro, guests are invited to grill their own Pork Belly Skewers on an authentic Japanese Robata charcoal grill delivered to the table. Coated with a sweet miso glaze, each skewer (2) is topped with ginger, daikon and scallions to add a finishing touch. $10 for 2 Pork Belly Skewers and Robata Grill Experience.

Throughout May, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will serve up a Hickory Smoked Bone In Short Rib with Verjus Sauce and Dill Pickled Vegetables. Intended to be shared, this appetizer delivers the taste of traditional BBQ without any of the prep work. $28 but prices may vary each night.
