Brickell Eatery Launches Delivery Service, Party Platter Menus and New Happy Hour
Since opening to the public in April, Kokoriko Natural Rotisserie, a fast-casual dining concept specializing in rotisserie chicken by culinary mastermind, Chef Richard Sandoval, has quickly positioned its self as the area’s go-to hotspot for affordable, high quality food. Just in time for summer, Kokoriko Natural Rotisserie located at 1111 SW 1st Avenue, has added delivery service and party platter menus as well as introduced a nightly Happy Hour with food and bar specials.
For those looking to enjoy Kokoriko’s signature cuisine in the comfort of their own home, the restaurant is offering free delivery service (within a 3 mile radius). Available Monday through Friday, starting at 4 p.m. and on weekends from 1 p.m. to close, the minimum order for delivery is $15. Weekday lunch delivery service will be announced at a later date.
In addition, perfect for stress-free summer entertaining, fabulous party platters can be ordered in advance, delivered and can even be set-up by Kokoriko’s staff at the event site. Options abound including a natural rotisserie chicken platter for four – whole chicken, a bevy of sides and choice of drinks or a Koko Taco Platter for four – choice of 8 “Al Carbon” or shredded chicken “Al Chipotle” tacos, black beans, steamed rice and choice of drinks. Price for these platters, and several others, are $29.95 per person, plus tax with no delivery fee. Platters are also available for groups of 8 and 12.
Among other happenings, Kokoriko’s nightly Happy Hour, held seven days a week from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., offers unbeatable deals on sangria by the glass, in half/full pitcher servings, wines-by-the-glass and imported beers. Bite-sized menu offerings, priced under $3 each, feature tempting taquitos, fried to perfection and filled with rotisserie chicken “al chipotle;” yucca fries with citrus mojo and a BBQ quesadillita with shredded BBQ chicken, corn, cilantro, and a sour cream sauce, among other delectable selections.
