Jaya at The Setai is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a decadent six-course dinner priced at $125 per person. In addition, all couples will receive a complimentary glass of Rose Champagne with strawberries. Couples will also be entered into a raffle for one overnight at an Art Deco Suite on Valentine's Day! To enter the raffles, reservations
need to be made by Monday February 13th by noon.
Executive Chef Mathias Gervais has created an opulent menu with a focus on seafood integrating Jaya’s Pan Asian flavors. Couples can indulge in the ultimate dinner experience by choosing to sit either indoors and witness the culinary team’s magic in the restaurant’s open-air exhibition kitchen or outdoors in the hotel’s coveted courtyard
with a retractable roof.
Jaya’s Valentine’s Day dinner menu starts with an amuse-bouche featuring Tandoori Scallops with lemon grass, lemon zest and topped with mango and papaya. The second course features Jaya’s signature Salmon Tartar served with Japanese tobiko, gold leaf, and sesame bagel tuiles. The third course consist of Onsen Tamago which translates to “hot spring eggs”. This dish is made of Eggs 64, bell pepper emulsion, cilantro crumble, iberico, and nori. The fourth course is a Maine Lobster presented with kabocha, sorrel, confit onion and sprinkled with chocolate powder. For the main course couples can choose from two options: Sea Bass poached in vermouth sauce and yuzu zest or a
Wagyu Ribeye grilled with baby kale, garlic chips and truffle ponzu. The menu ends with a Black Forest Chocolate and Cherry Mousse.
