Florida Cookery to host Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch

On Sunday May 11th, The James Royal Palm will host a champagne brunch to celebrate mothers and all that they do. Brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. outside on Florida Cookery’s patio overlooking the pool. Florida Cookery will feature carving stations with leg of lamb, salmon and eggs benedict. Enjoy entrees such as Bouillabaisse-local seafood saffron, herb roast chicken with a vegetable medley or broccolini with shaved pecorino, toasted pine nuts and lemon. For dessert, patrons can indulge in a pastry display by Nathalie Rivero. Guests can sip on freshly made drinks prepared by Florida Cookery’s fresh juice bar and mothers will enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate their special day.

In addition, Florida Cookery’s Mother’s Day brunch menu will also feature a Breakfast Bloody Mary. Priced at $23, “the breakfast in a glass” will include Kettle One vodka, house-made bloody mary mix, cocktail shrimp and candied bacon garnished with celery, cherry tomato/olive skewer and pickle spear.

 

Brunch is priced at $49 + tax for adults, $25.95 for children ages 5 to 12, under five for free.
