Indigo, a neighborhood staple located inside the Riverside Hotel on Las Olas Boulevard, is offering a variety of a la carte specials for diners to enjoy on Valentine’s Day.
Specials include appetizers such as lobster ravioli ($14) with house made beet pasta, Maine lobster, ricotta, fines herbs and creamy butter sauce; spicy Italian sausage and clam soup ($12) with clam bisque, Little Neck clams, spicy Italian sausage and crispy kale; octopus rings ($13) with pepperoncini, panko, herbs, spicy marinara and parmesan; and Buffalo mozzarella ($14) with roasted petite root vegetables and walnut pesto. Entrees include Surf and Turf ($45) with hand-cut petite filet, giant tiger prawn, grilled asparagus, roasted marble potatoes and béarnaise; pan seared diver scallops ($36) with asparagus risotto, toasted almonds, passion fruit buerre blanc and chervil; and stuffed Italian meatballs ($28) with house-made three cheese stuffed meatballs, scratch-made tagliatelle pasta, crispy pancetta, fried rosemary and salsa rosa.
Sweet delights for the evening include Two Hearts Become One ($12) with milk chocolate mousse, cherry ganache, white chocolate pearls and bourbon cream cheese and Apple of My Eye ($12) with apple cinnamon cake roll, house made marzipan, toasted almond bubble sugar and lychee coulis.
