Hedy Goldsmith can be considered a local pastry chef hero, being nominated for the Outstanding Pastry Chef award three years running. Although she has not technically won yet, it is evident that time is soon to come. Her whimsical desserts are deceptively complex and heart-warming, grabbing inspiration from classic childhood treats. Being the head chef for the restaurants under Michael Schwartz’ restaurant group, she has become a leader in of the most established restaurants in the city.
