Hakkasan

HAKKASAN will be serving a gourmet four-course, pre-fixe dinner during their first seating from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at $150 per person. First seating, four-course dinner options include:

Fontainebleau’s authentic Cantonese restaurant, Hakkasan, will offer New Year’s Eve diners a choice between a combination platter of scallop with bacon dressing, green ginger sauce and smoked ribs or a sautéed minced Peking duck vegetable wrap to start. For the main course, diners can choose from an array of options including crispy Chilean sea bass with Thai sweet chili sauce, wok-fried prawn with asparagus in green chive sauce, steamed chicken with ham and dried shiitake or braised diced abalone with homemade tofu, minced pork and Sichuan spicy sauce. Diners can accompany those entrees with either stewed assorted mushrooms wrapped in bean curd skin or fried rice with the restaurant’s signature XO sauce. A dessert of milk chocolate and yuzu in Tahini sauce with macadamia nut ice cream will be offered to all.

HAKKASAN will also offer a grand five-course, prix-fixe menu during their second seating, beginning at 9:30 p.m., priced at $275 per person. A glass of champagne per guest is also included. Second seating, five-course dinner options include:

Hakkasan’s mouth-watering menu starts with a selection of either a combination platter with chilled sliced abalone with sweet and spicy sauce and crispy pork belly with golden caviar or the dim sum platte. Lobster soup with pan-fried scallop and crispy garlic bread will be served during the second course. Diners can then choose from entrée selections including charcoal grilled sea bass with cloud ear in sha cha sauce, wok-fried prawn with yam ring and green curry sauce or black pepper beef tenderloin with bell peppers. Those entrées can be accompanied with sautéed assorted wild mushrooms with black truffles and gai lan vegetables or crispy noodles with seafood and garden green. For dessert, enjoy the delicious milk chocolate and yuzu in Tahini sauce with macadamia nut ice cream.

 

Offering classic favorites and new world libations, Bleau Bar is part of master mixologist’s cocktail universe like no other on Miami Beach. On New Year’s Eve, the bar will be open to the public and hotel guests, beginning at 10 a.m. Guest can enjoy the house beats while sipping on cocktails in the lobby bar that is the best place to see and be seen. DJ K Razor will spin tunes from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Table reservations are required; prices are subject to location and size of party.
