All of Gravity Brewlab ’s beers are Miami-inspired, obtaining inspiration from the massive amount of diversity in culture the area has to offer. What was scheduled to open as a craft beer bar quickly escalated into a different concept when Diego Ganoza realized that because of distribution restrictions, it’d be difficult to get interesting beer into Miami. After some team building and research, Diego eventually came to the conclusion that in order to offer Miami the type of beers he had in mind, he would have to make them himself. Thus, Gravity Brewlab was born. Although The Biscayne Gold and Trophy Wife Sour Blonde Ale are delicious in their own right, you’ll be blown away by The Cortadito Coffee Stout, an Imperial Stout brewed with an espresso blend from local coffee shop Panther Coffee.
