Fuku is officially celebrating its arrival in West Palm Beach with an all-day grand opening celebration on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
The chef-driven fried chicken concept, born from David Chang’s Momofuku family of restaurants, is marking its Palm Beach County debut with a day filled with giveaways, special collaborations, interactive experiences, and plenty of surprises. Located at 407 S. Rosemary Ave. at CityPlace, the celebration will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Rather than a traditional grand opening, Fuku is bringing its playful personality to the celebration with an official ribbon cutting alongside special guest experiences and giveaways.
The first 77 guests through the doors will receive exclusive Fuku merchandise as part of the brand's "First 77" giveaway, with additional merchandise giveaways continuing through 1 p.m.
Guests can also look forward to:
The celebration also highlights the warm reception Fuku has received from the West Palm Beach community since opening its doors.
Adding a local touch to the festivities, Fuku has teamed up with West Palm Beach favorite Aioli for an exclusive dessert available only at the CityPlace location.
The Fuku x Aioli Sesame Blondie was created by Fuku Chef Jimmy Lee alongside Aioli founders Michael and Melanie Hackman. The dessert combines rich, buttery flavors with toasted sesame for a sweet finish to Fuku's bold menu.
Fuku is known for its hand-breaded fried chicken, prepared fresh throughout the day and inspired by Asian and Southern American flavors.
Popular menu items include the OG Sando, Sweet & Spicy Sando, Miso Ranch & Slaw Sando, Chicken Burger, crispy tenders, Party Fries, Chicken Garlic Rice, fresh salads, and house-made sides.
The West Palm Beach location also features two CityPlace exclusives.
The Chicken Rice Bowl combines crispy brined chicken with ginger garlic rice, cabbage, pickled red onion, furikake, and Fuku mayo. For something refreshing, the Transfusion Slushie blends grape and lime juices with fresh ginger.
The 1,617-square-foot restaurant features Fuku's signature urban aesthetic with playful peach-inspired interiors. Guests can dine in, order takeout, or use delivery services.
The opening marks Fuku's first Palm Beach County restaurant and second standalone South Florida location, joining its existing Coral Gables location and its numerous locations in stadiums, arenas, and ballparks across the country.
Fuku is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
For anyone looking for new restaurants in West Palm Beach, things to do in West Palm Beach, or a new place to grab fried chicken in West Palm Beach, Fuku's grand opening at CityPlace is one to watch this August.
