Fine Dining & Festivities At The Rusty Pelican This 2011 Holiday Season

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve

Just in time for the holidays, Miami’s iconic dining destination, The Rusty Pelican, reopened to the public after a stunning transformation. Boasting the most breathtaking waterfront views of Miami’s skyline, the newly revamped venue is sure to please guests’ eyes as well as their palates.

On Christmas Eve, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Christmas Day, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., The Rusty Pelican will serve their regular menu as well as a prix-fixe menu, priced at $45 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Those partaking in the prix-fixe menu can enjoy The Pelican – mesclun greens, teardrop tomatoes, fried plantains and grain mustard aioli; wild mushroom cappuccino – porcini dust with truffle froth; or pork belly skewer with caramelized apple and blood orange balsamic reduction.
