Lobster Rolls – Villa Azur
Chef Erwin Mallet’s will present shareable pillows of Lobster Rolls made with buns, scallions, shallots, chives, dice radish, mayonnaise, and yuzu sauce, topped with Kaluga caviar.
Quinto La Huella at EAST, Miami
As the first outpost of Uruguay’s beachfront restaurant, Parador La Huella, Quinto La Huella acts as its urban reinvention, featuring views of Miami throughout. Get your lobster fix this National Lobster Day at Quinto La Huella, who is celebrating with a grilled lobster, served with oven-roasted potatoes and artichokes with smoked butter ($65), available just for the national holiday.
