Big City Tavern

Lychee Martini

1 oz Soho Liqueur                                          .

2 oz Tito’s Vodka

1 oz grapefruit juice

Splash of lychee juice

Splash Canton

Shake all Ingredients and pour into martini glass garnished with lychee.

 

Pineapple Martini

2 oz Skyy Pineapple Vodka

1 ¼ oz Tropical Pineapple Pucker

1 oz OJ

1 ¼ oz Pineapple juice

Shake and Strain, no garnish

White Cosmopolitan

1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka

1 oz White Cranberry juice

1 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz St- Germain

.25 oz Simple Syrup

1 Orchid Ice Ball

Combine all ingredients together. Shake and strain into carafe. Present with martini glass with orchid ice ball. Pour tableside.
