Interesting information about culinary trends in Miami Beach. Good samples of current Latin American cuisine in Miami Beach.

We had such a wonderful time on our South Beach food tour! Not only was the food at each of the stops fantastic, but Mirka, our tour guide, went above and beyond in explaining not only the food, but also by giving us some culinary and cultural background to go along with the tastings. She also shared with us many facts about local history and architecture, and we definitely left with a much deeper understanding of South Beach. I should also say that my mother is somewhat mobility impaired, and walks slowly with a cane. Mirka was very considerate of this, and always made sure that my mother was comfortable and included, without making too big a deal about it. I'm sure the other tour guides are also great, but you can be totally confident that you'll have a wonderful time with Mirka!

We had a really nice time. It would be wise to show up at the beginning of the tour feeling a little hungry, because you get a lot of tasty food on this tour. Our guide was knowledgeable about every ingredient in every dish we ate - I think she could actually prepare each dish if she needed to. With a day's notice, she was able to have the restaurants accommodate special dietary requests, as well. A nice unexpected treat was her in-depth commentary on the area, who lived there, how they influenced how South Beach became what it is today, and even such details as the architectural influences on the area. You'll have fun!

My husband and I took this tour while on vacation. We found it fun and informative. Our favorites were the ceviche and the gelato. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and we loved how she was like a mother duck protecting her ducklings by standing in front of the cross walks and stopping the cars from coming to too close to the cross walk. That really allowed us to walk around in full tourist mode without getting run over!

Richie is a very nice tour guide, and he gave a lot of information. The entire tour was interactive and I made some friends since I was alone by myself in Miami. It's not a huge meal, just sampling food, a bit different from what I initially though of . However, if you like authentic latina food, it's definitely worth to try. It's not cheap, $62+tips, but I understand why.

This was the very first food tour that we have been on but it will not be the last. Love the size of portions and the variety. I am over 70 and was concerned about the amount of walking but the guide was very accommodating and helped me With the street crossings. The information from the guide was very interesting. I highly recommend this tour.

A lot of fun and a great and informative idea for an afternoon on South Beach. The tour was well organized, Steve our guide was great. A good choice and diversity of food stops. I have been coming to this area most of my life, but I still learned many interesting facts about South Beach and Art Deco. The only minor negative; we had over 20 people on our tour. The optimumfor this type of tour would be no more than 12. I would highly recommend this experience for both locals and tourists. U can also find discount coupons online!
