There is something going on in the culinary scene in Miami, and we recommend these events in Miami this weekend June 6, 2014.
Miami Culinary Institute, in collaboration with The Spain-US Chamber of Commerce, will be hosting a grand exhibition displaying internationally acclaimed food and wines. While the fair is primarily aimed at professionals in the agro-food industry, there will be general admission tickets sold to whoever wants to attend. General public may attend the event between 5.30 and 8.30pm, but industry professionals have the option of going from 11:00am to 4:30pm, where they can taste products and establish greater business opportunities while networking with possible business partners. Local Spanish restaurants will serve dishes for guests to dig into and there will be plenty of wine.
