A new neighborhood dining destination has arrived in Coral Springs. Ember & Vine, the newest concept from South Florida's P Hospitality Management, is now open at Sawgrass Center, bringing a fresh, seasonal approach to all-day dining in Coral Springs.
Located at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive, Ember & Vine was created as a versatile gathering place where guests can start their day with coffee and breakfast, meet for lunch, enjoy after-work cocktails, or settle in for dinner and drinks.
The restaurant's philosophy is simple: "Intentional where we can be, indulgent where we should be."
Ember & Vine was conceptualized and designed by husband-and-wife team Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli, with the goal of creating a restaurant that feels equally appropriate for everyday meals and special occasions.
The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients, globally inspired flavors, and dishes designed for sharing. Throughout the restaurant, made-in-house preparations are at the center of the experience, while the atmosphere combines polished finishes with a comfortable, welcoming feel.
Whether it's a business lunch, date night, family dinner, weekend brunch, or cocktails with friends, Ember & Vine is designed to adapt to the occasion.
Breakfast is served daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with options ranging from lighter morning favorites to more substantial dishes.
Highlights include Matcha Overnight Oats, the Garden Breakfast Wrap with roasted vegetables, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and goat cheese, and the P.E.C., a porchetta, egg, and cheese sandwich served on a brioche bun with Calabrian chili tomato jam.
Coffee lovers can also enjoy locally roasted coffee from 360F Roasters, a Coral Springs-based roaster.
Dinner at Ember & Vine offers a menu built around creative combinations and dishes meant to be shared.
Some of the standout dishes include:
Lunch is served daily from 11 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and will officially be introduced on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
Pastry Chef Miranda Whitaker brings a creative selection of house-made desserts to the menu.
Guests can finish their meal with Mini Carrot Bundt Cakes served with pistachio gelato, a reimagined Baked Alaska, Matcha Tea'Rimisu, or the Butter Cake Pop, a playful take on P Hospitality's signature butter cake.
The beverage program complements the food with an assortment of wines, draft beers, and creative cocktails.
Signature drinks include The Host, made with house-infused mint vodka, lime, agave, and muddled mint; The Dreamer, featuring butterfly pea gin, lavender syrup, limoncello, lemon, and soda water; and The Jet Setter, combining jalapeño-infused tequila, lime, pineapple, and passion fruit.
The result is a beverage program designed to work just as well for an afternoon drink as it does for an evening out.
The restaurant's bright interior features thoughtfully curated dining areas, greenery, an energetic bar, and flexible seating for groups.
Ember & Vine also offers accommodations for private events and celebrations, making the space suitable for everything from casual gatherings to larger occasions.
The design takes inspiration from the restaurant's name. Warm and comfortable elements represent "Ember," while greenery and natural touches bring the freshness of "Vine" into the space.
The opening of Ember & Vine has created nearly 75 new front-of-house and back-of-house positions and represents P Hospitality Management's fourth Broward County restaurant.
The group's South Florida portfolio includes Corvina Seafood & Grill, Prezzo Boca Raton, Amante's in Deerfield Beach, Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian, and Dear Olivia. Eddie & Vinny's Palm Beach Gardens is also slated to open this fall.
