El Toro Loco Steakhouse Expands Menu with Rare and Premium Cuts in Miami

For Miami diners looking to go beyond the traditional ribeye or filet, El Toro Loco Steakhouse is bringing a new lineup of premium and hard-to-find cuts to its menu. The Miami-based steakhouse has expanded its offerings with an impressive selection of Japanese A5 beef, dry-aged Wagyu, Spanish Ibérico, lamb and venison.

The new additions give guests the opportunity to explore distinctive cuts and flavors from around the world while experiencing El Toro Loco’s approach to premium steakhouse dining.

New Cuts to Try at El Toro Loco

Among the newest additions is the Japanese A5 Ribeye Cap, an exceptionally rich and highly marbled cut known for its tenderness, flavor and luxurious texture. For Wagyu lovers, it offers a chance to experience one of the most sought-after styles of beef.

Another standout is Guga’s Favorite Dry-Aged Wagyu Picanha, pictured above. The cut is finished with El Toro Loco’s signature Wagyu Seasoning Blend and a honey glaze, creating a sweet-and-savory combination. It has also earned the approval of YouTube food personality Guga Foods, who counts it among his favorite cuts at the steakhouse.

The menu expansion also includes a Wagyu Skirt Steak with Shrimp, pairing premium beef with shrimp for a flavorful surf-and-turf combination.

Beyond Beef

El Toro Loco's latest offerings aren't limited to beef. Guests can explore the Ibérico Secreto, a specialty Spanish pork cut prized for its tenderness and rich flavor.

The restaurant is also putting a unique spin on the classic picanha with its Lamb Picanha, offering diners an alternative to traditional beef cuts.

For those looking for something even more unexpected, the menu now features Venison Tenderloin and Venison Chops, bringing lean, game-forward flavors to the steakhouse experience.

A Steakhouse Experience for Adventurous Diners

With this expanded selection, El Toro Loco Steakhouse is giving Miami food lovers an opportunity to try premium cuts that aren't always found on a traditional steakhouse menu. From Japanese A5 Wagyu and dry-aged beef to Ibérico pork, lamb and venison, the new offerings provide plenty of options for diners interested in discovering something different.

For foodies who enjoy exploring unique cuts without necessarily spending a fortune, El Toro Loco's latest menu additions are worth keeping on the radar.
