With restaurants in Spain’s Tenerife, Las Palmas and Gran Canarias region, the internationally acclaimed Argentine Steakhouse El Churrasco has expanded into the U.S. market with the grand opening of its new restaurant at the Four Ambassadors Building in Brickell, Miami. The restaurant offers authentic Argentine cuisine and features a breathtaking backdrop of Biscayne Bay and Key Biscayne, delivering an elevated fine dining experience.
The menu offers sustainable options, featuring an array of international ingredients, including pasture-raised, grass fed Premium Aberdeen Angus beef sourced from La Estancia San Carlos, one of the most recognized Angus beef producers in Argentina since 1944.
Paying homage to the authentic Argentine churrasco flavor, all of the steaks are grilled with charcoal imported from Argentina on an open flame along with imported oils and spices from around the world.
“Using an open grill allows for the natural aroma of the cooking process to be carried throughout the restaurant, involving our guests in a full cooking experience from the minute they order. We take pride in using only the best ingredients creating delicious Argentinian dishes,” says Executive Chef Atilio Padra.
El Churrasco is also known for its expansive wine collection from the Gil family vineyards in Rioja, Spain and its signature Colombian coffee, Café Regina. The restaurant features a wine bar with wines made from only the ripest tempranillo grapes. Guests can also indulge in various Café Regina flavors, including Arabic Burbon and Caturras, made from roasted beans that have been cultivated in Colombian farms located at an altitude of over 1600 meters.
The evenings bring with it a lively ambiance as locals revel in entertainment and week-long happy hour specials, including Thursday Night Karaoke and its two-for-one offerings, which offers tapas dishes and libations of its wines, signature cocktails and beers. Perfect for power lunches, family dinners and night out with friends, El Churrasco’s arrival brings the best of Argentinian culture to Miami.
