MIAMI, FL – June 16, 2022 — Coral Gables’ colorful new Latin Fusion concept Ecléctico Restaurant & Agave Bar has unveiled an immersive curated dinner series that’s guaranteed to inject Miami’s slower summer months with a much-needed dose of fun and flavor. Teaming up with some of the most coveted names in tequila—along with a couple of premium boutique brands—Ecléctico will host five installments of its Tequila Dinner series, launching Wednesday, June 29 with the first one being sponsored by Patron Tequila.
For $100 per person (inclusive of tax & gratuity), each four-course dinner in the series features a menu of elevated Mexican staples and globally inspired Latin tapas crafted around a sampling of three different spirit tastings and one specialty cocktail. Surrounded by the warm, inviting atmosphere of Eclectico’s dining room covered in floor-to-ceiling hand-painted murals, guests will indulge in a sensuous tasting menu complemented by drink pairings as tequila representatives discuss the spirits and guide them through each course.
At June’s inaugural Tequila Dinner sponsored by Patron, guests will be treated to a handcrafted welcome cocktail and a tantalizing amuse-bouche before diving into a multicourse meal that includes fresh seafood ceviche in a zesty coconut-lime marinade, al pastor lamb lollipops, cilantro chicken breast and a spicy chocolate lava cake made with dark chocolate and Mexican dried chiles. Each spirit pairing becomes more robust as dinner progresses, concluding with a tingle-inducing sherry cask añejo tequila with dessert. An alternative vegan menu is also available.

Ecléctico also boasts a generous daily happy hour from 4 to 7pm, with a selection of $5 beers, $6 wines, $7 well cocktails, $8 classic cocktails and $9 hand-crafted specialty cocktails, plus an assortment of discounted bites including the ultra-popular arepitas, street tacos, tostadas and many more. In addition to everyday specials like Margarita Monday, Taco Tuesday, Wine Wednesday, and Tequila Thursday.
