Eats N Beats Event Announces Initial Wave of Restaurant & Spirit Partners

New Culinary Addition Will Take Place During Food & WIne Festival Week 2014

(Miami, FL) January 22, 2013— Eats N Beats, taking place on February 22nd, 2014 from 7:30PM to Midnight at the Moore Building located at 4040 NE Second Ave. Design District Miami, FL 33137 is ready to announce the initial wave of local eateries and spirits. Eats N Beats is a culmination of the best culinary experiences in South Florida combined with the best and brightest talents in the Miami music scene. Eats N Beats proudly announces that the initial wave of restaurant partners to include Red Steakhouse, Meat Market, Steve Haas’s City Hall Restaurant, Nikki Beach, Bongos Cuban Café, Larios on the Beach, Pride & Joy BBQ, Brother Jimmy’s BBQ, Alma Mexicana, The Passion Group-(Dolores, but you can Call me Lolita, Crazy About You, and Love is Blind), Celebrity Chef Ralph Pagano’s Unnamed Mexican Restaurant, Juana M Brickell, and Epicure Gourmet Market & Café. Eats N Beats will also feature a dessert lounge which will feature Ana Paz Cakes, Sweet Treats by Marta, and Cacao Art Chocolate.

The producers of Eats N Beats realize that any good gathering over food needs to be accompanied with cocktails. The initial announcement of spirit and beverage partners will include Jack Daniels Honey, Chambord, Chambord Vodka, Doble Tequila, Solo Contigo Wines, Lucky Player Vodka, 1492 Rum, LIQS Cocktail Shots, Acqua Panna water and Hierbas Ibicencas. More restaurants and spirits partners and the initial announcements of musical bands and DJ’s will be unveiled in the coming week.

Eats & Beats is the answer to those looking for an amazing food and wine event without the red velvet stanchion presence that one now expects at food events. The goal was to create an event that will not only satisfy the palate but also stimulate all of the senses. Comprised of a unique team of local hospitality and event consultants, the team behind this new Miami addition all bring unique elements to the equation ultimately, making the experience unique and of value to attendees coming out with “foodie” expectations. None other than Miami’s own DJ Irie will put together the musical elements which will include local DJ’s to create a perfect ambiance to this fabulous affair.

Imagine a perfect showcase of local culinary artistry paired with premium wines and spirits, minus the velvet rope. Comprised of some of the most renowned restaurants in South Florida, to some of the most mouthwatering dessert artists, Eats N Beats will satisfy the local food enthusiast as well as the sophisticated “foodie” expecting to delight in some of the best dishes and libations our city has to offer. Not to worry, keeping true to our City known for beauty and some flash, the event will touch on all of the senses. Complete with dynamic production, local VIPS and Celebs Eats N Beats will also be outfitted with the comforts one has come to expect from an event in Miami. The showcase will attract those looking for an alternative type of food event, one that brings the best of three worlds: food, music and wines/spirits together seamlessly.

This new addition to the culinary scene in Miami will pair an array of our most frequented and popular eateries with local music, by some of the most celebrated talent to hit our local stages. As opposed to creating separate events, this inaugural fete was designed to create a progressive experience for attendees.

Guests will enjoy four floors of palate-pleasing food, sweets and delicious cocktails while dancing to the beats of live music curated by DJ Irie. The world renowned DJ has hand selected an impressive and diverse ensemble of DJ’s while slated to hit the booth for a DJ spot himself. Eats N Beats will benefit the Irie Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization based in South Florida with a mission to aid youth and improve graduation rate.
