Dine At Fontainebleau Miami Beach This 2011 Holiday Season

Miami Beach, FL - The iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach is home to several of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants, and this holiday season they are preparing special menus to make the festivities especially delicious. Vida will bring your appetite to life this Holiday Season. On Christmas Eve, the restaurant will serve their regular breakfast menu from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to midnight. On Christmas Day, Vida will serve an all-American breakfast ($28) and a continental breakfast ($22) from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. A scrumptious brunch will be served from noon to 4 p.m., priced at $75 per person and $32.50 for children under 10. Brunch lovers will be delighted with Vida’s array of options, such as an omelet station, Wood Stone oven-baked pizzas and fresh fruit compotes. The sauté station will serve mouthwatering truffled short rib tamale, while rotisserie favorites include citron adobo rotisserie chicken and grilled mahi with tomato and olive chutney. Pair those dishes with seasonal sides including winter rotisserie vegetables and four cheese potato gratin. Delicious desserts consist of chestnut white chocolate tartlets, Dulce de Leche Napoleon, chocolate mousse verrine with mint foam and apple crumb pie. On Christmas Eve, Gotham Steak will serve their regular dinner menu from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. On Christmas Day, the restaurant shows its Holiday spirit by offering seasonal-inspired dishes alongside its signature dining fare. Offered from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. in the dining room and 6 p.m. until midnight in the lounge, Gotham Steak will serve holiday dishes including seared venison loin with pumpkin custard, huckleberries and roasted sun chokes ($32) and roast prime rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding and Cabernet Sauvignon Jus ($38). Scarpetta, Fontainebleau’s Italian eatery, will offer their regular dinner menu on Christmas Eve from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. On Christmas Day, the restaurant will offer a four-course, pre-fixe dinner menu from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., priced at $75 per person. Selections include raw yellowtail and their famed creamy polenta to start. The pasta dish offering includes an option of Scott Conant’s award-winning spaghetti with tomato and basil or agnollotti dal plin. Guests also choose from diver sea scallops or 21 day-aged sirloin of beef as an entrée, and a choice of three options for dessert including the delicious coconut panna cotta. Fontainebleau’s authentic Cantonese restaurant, Hakkasan, will serve dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The restaurant will offer their usual dinner menu, including savory dishes such as braised Kurobuta pork belly with salted fish ($38), stir-fry chicken with sugar snap ($20), and wok baked lobster in supreme stock ($62). Take advantage of South Florida’s sunny and crisp winter weather on Christmas Eve at La Cote, where from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. guests can enjoy lunch while taking in spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Inspired by the flavorful cuisine of the South of France, the restaurant will serve their usual menu, including appetizers such as tuna tartar ($16) and calamari escabeche ($15). Diners can enjoy pasta selections including linguine with clams, mussels, shrimp and sundried tomato pesto ($24).
