Crafted Beer Cocktails Have Arrived At Biscayne Bay Brewing Company!

Biscayne Bay Brewing Company is Excited to Announce that Hand Crafted Beer Cocktails Will Now be Part of their Menus!

Miami's favorite brewery, Biscayne Bay Brewing Company, is excited to announce that they will now be serving their craft beer with a twist. Biscayne Bay Brewing Company teamed up with The Local Craft Food & Drink to create three beer cocktails that are set to please even the pickiest craft beer drinkers. The Biscayne Sour, Biscayne Bay Sunset, & Walk the Plank will now be part of the menu at the brewery starting on Friday, November 9. Craft beer drinkers, it’s time to take your taste buds on a whole new journey.

When the idea of having beer cocktails on the menu first came into the spectrum, the brewery knew in order to create a one-of-kind cocktail they had to get help from Mixologist guru, Michael Albuerne, from The Local Craft Food & Drink located in Coral Gables. Michael Albuerne, a 28-year-old jack of all trades and native Miamian of Cuban descent, is an up and coming member of the cocktail community with a drive and enthusiasm for his craft that isn't often matched. Along with Michael’s help, Biscayne Bay Brewing Company got the training and insight on how to craft beer cocktails that not only offer an abundant amount of flavors, but also appeal to the eye.

“We are always open to push new boundaries when it comes to craft beer and we are excited to bring something new to our loyal followers and fans,” says Jose Mallea, Owner of Biscayne Bay Brewing Company. “Beer cocktails are truly getting a craft twist with our beers and unique flavors.”

Each beer cocktail is made with different craft beers, unique ingredients and flavors. For those who prefer a fruitier cocktail, The Biscayne Bay Sunset or the Biscayne Sour is the route to go. The Biscayne Bay Sunset is made with Guayabazo IPA, peach liqueur, mint, and grapefruit juice. The Biscayne Sour is made with The Harbormaster (Hefeweizen), red wine, honey, orange bitter, orange juice, and lemon juice. For those with a sweet tooth the Walk the Plank will let the craving subside. The Walk the Plank is made with La Colada, root beer, heavy cream, vanilla cream, and Averna Amaro Siciliano.

Starting this Friday, November 9th, Biscayne Bay Brewing Company invites all beer lovers to come out to Doral and taste firsthand the new additions to the brewery.
