CORSAIR Kitchen & Bar, the contemporary American eatery overlooking the award-winning golf courses at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, will be offering an all day three-course Thanksgiving menu. Priced at $75 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the prix-fixe menu gives guests choices for each course. Appetizer choices include Butternut Squash Soup with spiced pumpkin seeds, cranberry crema and extra virgin olive oil; Kale Fall Salad with roasted sweet potato, pomegranate arils, apple, quinoa, feta and walnut emulsion; and Short Rib Ravioli with braised beef, roasted rainbow carrots, parmesan, sage and demi. Hearty and seasonal entree options include Roasted Turkey Breast with dark meat confit, stuffing, roasted garlic mash, green beans, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy; Stuffed Roasted Acorn Squash with ancient grains, mushroom, corn, root vegetables, sautéed broccolini and cherry gastrique; Seared Chilean Sea Bass served alongside edamame puree, yellow rice, blistered cherry tomatoes, shishito peppers and bonito flakes; and Pan Roasted Filet Mignon with celeriac puree, sweet potato mash, Brussels sprouts, baby beets and jus. Dessert selections include a trio of pies, giving guests the choice of Pumpkin Pie with toasted meringue and cinnamon cream; Pecan Pie with bourbon-maple cream; or Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream.
