The Cave at Ariete in Miami’s Coconut Grove

3540 Main Hwy, Coconut Grove, FL 33133

Corporate groups seeking a one-of-a-kind private dining experience at Chef Michael Beltran’s highly acclaimed Ariete can reserve The Cave, a private dining area available for special occasions and events located underneath the restaurant in an underground wine cellar. From the stone-lined walls and hidden wine room to the intimate subterranean setting, The Cave evokes a feeling of Old World dining, making this one of the most unique dining spaces in Miami.

Guests dining in The Cave can choose from either a family-style menu or a customized Chef’s tasting menu with the option of an assorted wine pairing. Selections include Fish Almondine – Green beans, almond, brown butter, and capers; Wood-grilled Chicken - Zucchinis, salsa verde; Maduro y provoleta – Aloco marinated plantains, provolone & pumpkin seeds; and a plethora of tasty treats.

The Cave fits up to 50 guests, making it perfect for your corporate dinner.

Bourbon Steak Miami

19999 W Country Club Dr, Aventura, FL 33180

If your group is looking for steakhouse sophistication with modern touches, Bourbon Steak Miami is a top choice. Located in the JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa, this restaurant by Chef Michael Mina blends classic steakhouse traditions with refined flair.

You’ll find premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine and spirits program. The setting is elegant, with mirrored glass, bold finishes, and a warm yet luxurious atmosphere that matches well with business dinners or high-profile gatherings.

It also offers private dining spaces: the Glass Box that accommodates around 14 guests for more intimate dinners, and a larger private dining room seating about 40 guests. For larger groups or receptions, you can consider the full restaurant buy-out (capacity up to 220 guests), depending on the event style (seated vs reception).

Tips for Choosing the Right Corporate Dinner Venue in Miami

  • Capacity & Layout: Know roughly how many are in your group, whether seated dinner or cocktail-style, and whether you need private rooms or buy-outs.
  • Cuisine & Dietary Flexibility: You’ll want menus that can accommodate different dietary needs (vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free).
  • Ambience & Location: Waterfront? City view? Modern interiors? Think about what atmosphere will resonate with your team.
  • Logistics & Extras: Parking, valet, private AV, decor flexibility, wine service, etc. For example, some private rooms have full kitchen access; others may require rentals or external vendors.
