Cochon555 gathers at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach

On Sunday April 3rd, porc lovers will gather at Ritz-Carlton South Beach for the 8th annual Cochon555 Tour as it stops in Miami.
This epic culinary experience features five notable chefs going head-to-head with five heritage breed pigs from nose-to-tail in a friendly competition for a cause whipping up the most creative dishes to win votes from a hungry audience.

Cochon555 will also feature Five Winemakers, Five Barkeeps competing with punches, a selection of artisan cheeses, Five Sommeliers, Oysters, Tartar Bar, Perfect Manhattan and 1942 Margarita Experiences, a Tiki Bar and Heritage Rum Cart.
In addition, this year COCHON555 present a Tribute Performance by world-renown DJ Lord of Public Enemy (Tribute: Cuba Is Back - An inspiration series of live-music remembering influential moments / albums in music history - Buena Vista Social Club is the mashup in focus).
Cochon555 could expand the walls to accommodate more ticketed guests but have decided to max out and just sell a mere 200 tickets so guests can rack up intimate and interactive experiences with notable chefs and artisan producers.
