3030 Ocean – Fort Lauderdale’s premier dining destination located at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa – is proud to welcome back Chef LaTasha McCutchen, the season 13 champion of Fox’s fiery culinary competition Hell’s Kitchen. In 2014, Chef McCutchen captivated audiences and impressed Chef Gordon Ramsay with her talent and determination, winning the head chef position at Ramsay's Pub & Grill at Caesars Atlantic City. After emerging victorious on Hell’s Kitchen, she led Pub & Grill to a successful first year and was featured in numerous magazines. These incredible opportunities have inspired Chef McCutchen to pursue her ultimate dream: a private chef and events catering career.

In the meantime, she is returning to 3030 Ocean for a limited stint, where she will reunite with her mentor,Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier. From Sunday, April 3 to Wednesday, April 6, 2016, 3030 Ocean will offer a special four-course dinner menu created by McCutchen. The menu, priced at $79 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), with an optional wine pairing for $36, will be available nightly. Lamb Osso Bucco
