WHO: American Airlines in partnership with Chef Angelo Masarin from Salumeria 104 and Midtown Oyster Bar, along with Chef Fabrizio and Nicola Carro from Via Verdi, present to you their first silent auction in collaboration with One-star Michelin Chef Davide Brovelli from Il Sole di Ranco, Italy, on October 21st and October 23rd 2014.
WHAT: Two nights, two dinners, all exclusively prepared for a unique silent auction to benefit The Mourning Family Foundation. Featuring his innovative cuisine and bringing nothing but passion and technique to the table, Chef Brovelli will be preparing two special menus to experience the most authentic Italian food in Miami. Ticket for each event is $190 per person (inclusive of taxes and gratuity), or a discounted rate of $350 for both nights with all proceeds to benefit the Mourning Family Foundation. Tickets can be purchased at Salumeria 104 and Via Verdi.
