Chef Dewey Losasso Launches The Plugrá Gourmet Club

Menu Blends Miami Fusion Dinner Party with the Comfort of Home

Plugrá® European-Style Butter introduces the Plugrá Gourmet Club in partnership with SAVEUR Magazine. Celebrated chefs from around the country will bring their signature styles to life through menus, recipes and event themes. Executive Chef Dewey LoSasso from The Forge Restaurant|Wine Bar in Miami Beach is the first being featured with the Plugrá Gourmet Club launch last week.

Chef Dewey from has created a Miami Fusion Feast showing Gourmet Club members how his insights about different cultures affect the menu at his restaurant and the overall Miami cuisine. Dewey will also pass along tips on recreating an in-home Miami Fusion feast.

The Plugra Gourmet Club includes everything a food lover will need, from a guide on starting a dinner club and chef-created recipes to videos from the chef in his/her restaurant, drink pairings and even décor tips. Every other month Plugrá will feature a new chef and a new cuisine. It is a single source where food enthusiasts can join together, gain knowledge and celebrate their passion for food.

Home chefs can learn from the professionals how the slow-churn process creates less moisture content and a creamier texture leading to fluffier cakes, flakier pastries, creamy sauces, rich risottos, and extraordinary flavored butters and sautés.
