1500° at Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, recently named one of “The Best New Restaurants of 2011” by Esquire, is renowned for its beautiful location and Executive Chef Paula DaSilva’s soulful farm-to-table cuisine. Part of the restaurant’s success is the stellar team who backs-up DaSilva. At the forefront of this dynamic group is Sous Chef Adrienne Grenier, whose talents have been recognized by The Food Network as she will compete on their hit television show, Chopped, on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 10:00 p.m. EST.
Grenier has always had a passion for food and cooking. While living in California, a state known for using organic and local produce, Grenier spent much of her free time visiting local farmers markets and learning the value of fresh, local products. In 2010, the self-proclaimed “farm girl” joined the culinary team at 1500° at the Eden Roc as Sous Chef, where her skills and culinary journey prepared her for Chopped. Prior to 1500°, Grenier worked with DaSilva at 3030 Ocean in Fort Lauderdale.
