Celebrate the New Year with Chotto Matte to experience a very special dinner on Friday, December 31st. Chotto Matte will be partnering with the Japanese spirits brand, The House of Suntory, to present a vibrant lineup of multisensory entertainment and flavorful offerings. Chotto Matte will also be debuting another “Creative Cocktails,” the Fuji Blossom, created by The House of Suntory. The cocktail will include Roku gin, Haku vodka, and Toki whisky from the House of Suntory spirits portfolio including The Orizuru, with Roku Gin, sakura, lychee, and lemon. A unique and lively set will be brought to you by DJ Dave Sol.

They will be offering two packages for guests to enjoy on NYE, dinner will start at 7PM as well as hypnotic performances. The early dinner package will be offered from 7PM to 9PM, including a welcome cocktail, Deluxe Hikari Set Menu, it will be offered at $145 per person. The late dinner package will be offered from 9PM to close, including a welcome cocktail, Deluxe Hikari Set Menu, and a special dessert inspired by the bioluminescent theme, it will be offered at $245 per person.
