Celebrate 4th of July at some of South Florida's top restaurants

Earls Kitchen + Bar

They will be offering a special Stars & Stripe cocktail on Independence Day for $4.50. In addition, guests can enjoy weekly features offered every Friday including double mojitos for $7, $1 off Stella pints and $2 off glasses of champagne. The Dutch

They will get festive for the 4th early this year with an All-American Cookout on Wednesday, July 2nd, from 7p.m. – close. Part of the wildly-popular Bourbon, Beer & ‘Cue series, Chef de Cuisine Conor Hanlon and guest chef Jamie DeRosa of Tongue & Cheek will serve up an outdoor BBQ at Grove at W, complete with summertime games. Priced at $40 per person (excluding beverages, taxes and gratuity), the family-style feast will feature Apple-Brined Smoked BBQ Chicken; Smoked & Barbecued Mackerel Sandwich with Bread & Butter Beet Slaw; and Texas-Style Smoked Beef Brisket with Slathering Sauce, Smoked Garlic Sausage, Texas Toast & Baked Pinto Beans. Wynwood Kitchen & Bar

They are celebrating Independence Day with a festive backyard BBQ on the lawn of the restaurant from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy a menu of classic American favorites with a twist, crafted by Executive Chef Miguel Aguilar, including a chorizo beef burger on a brioche bun; Ball Park hot dogs loaded with Cotija cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, chipotle aioli, pickled jalapeno and shoe string potatoes; and criollo marinated chicken breast. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar

They are celebrating Independence Day and National Fried Chicken Day (Sunday, July 6, 2014), with an exclusive lunch and brunch special, Friday, July 4 through Friday, July 11, 2014. The popular 50 Eggs concept that offers an authentic yet approachable menu, rich with bold Southeast Asian flavors, is offering for a limited time only a lunch dish in celebration of the Fourth of July and National Fried Chicken Day, Friday, July 4 through Friday, July 11, 2014. Guests can enjoy Khong Fried Chicken ($19), half a chicken with honey-lime marinade served with spicy mango slaw and caramel fish sauce. On Fourth of July, Coral Gables’ go to place for southern comfort will be serving up a half rack of ribs ($26) with their signature competition rub, cider vinegar mop and homemade pickles for the holiday. Miami Beach’s seafood hotspot is celebrating Independence Day with succulent food specials including Steamed Shrimp ($15.50) with charred lemon; Grilled Lobster ($24) with chili-garlic butter, grilled corn and fingerling potatoes; Baby Back Ribs (half rack $26, full rack $35) with pomegranate BBQ sauce, watermelon, grilled corn and oven roasted potatoes.
