WHAT: Celebrate Valentine’s Day enjoying the best Peruvian cuisine in town at Candela Gastrobar!

WHO: Italians aren’t the only ones who know how to do romance. Enjoy Valentine’s Day with your significant other, or even friends or family, in the heart of Brickell at Candela Gastrobar for a delicious Peruvian meal. For $65 per person, guests can choose one appetizer, entrée and dessert from the several selections on the exclusive Valentine’s Day menu. Menu options are listed below:

Appetizers
Ceviche Amore
Lobster, fish, octopus, shrimp marinated with rocoto and strawberry paste

Cured Salmon Salad
Salad spring mix with oriental dressing, wanton chips topped with cured salmon slices

Rockefeller Oysters
Fresh oysters with spinach, bacon butter and parmesan cheese dip

Main Courses
Seared Corvina
Pan seared corvina served with seafood risotto with truffle oil and whole prawns in a white wine sauce

Surf & Turf Grilled
Grilled lobster and sirloin accompanied with huancaina puree and sautéed asparagus in a Peruvian demiglaze

Italian Churrasco
14oz Churrasco with potatoes, Brussel sprouts, roasted peppers, parsley and truffle oil

Dessert
Chocolate Cake
Turron de Maracuya
