Its “Sharing” Miami Spice Dinner Menu
Miami’s newest restaurant, Byblos, brings the exciting flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean to South Florida’s Miami Spice program. Beginning August 1, guests can experience the worldly Miami Spice dinner menu by sharing a choice of three mezze options, including Maltese Spice Olives, Roasted Local Beets, Duck or Eggplant Kibbeh, Salmon Kibbeh Nayeh, Steak Tartare, Fresh Crispy Squid, Midye Tava, Lamb Ribs or a Fig Salad. Following their appetizer, guests have the choice of one entrée, including a Roasted Snapper with Chraimeh Sauce and House Yoghurt, Turkish Coffee Rubbed Steak with Za’atar Butter and Creamed Moutabel, Turkish Manti Dumplings with Smokey Eggplant, Yogurt Sauce and Molasses, a Chargrilled Hen served with Sabzi Sauce, Toum and Fried Leak, or a Maitake Mushroom Pide topped with Biber Chile, Goat Cheese and Parsley. Additionally, each entrée comes with the choice of one vegetable or starch side, including Mejadra, Thrice-Cooked Chips, Green Beans, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Persian Fried Rice, or Hand Rolled Couscous. For dessert, guests can indulge in a choice of Pizzelle Baklava, Yogurt Mousse Pistachio or Chocolate Mousse.
