Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits invites guests to enjoy a very Merry Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at the rustic seaside eatery located at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale. On Christmas Eve indulge in a Prime Rib Dinner available from 6PM to 10PM. Priced at $129 for two people, including a bottle of house bubbly or wine, the meal includes a 16oz Prime Rib with Brussels Stoemp, Swank Farm vegetables and horseradish cream and is completed with a decadent Pistachio and Strawberry Bar with white chocolate cream and strawberry fluid gel. A la carte menu is also available.
On Christmas Day enjoy an a la carte brunch from Noon - 4PM with an optional $34 Bottomless Drink Package. A three-course dinner offering is available from 5PM to 10PM, priced at $89 per adult and $49 per child (ages 5 through 12; excluding tax and gratuity). The first course includes a choice of Winter Greens with pomegranate, shaved pears, candied pecans, Humboldt fog cheese and balsamic vinaigrette or Prime Rib Toast with buttery brioche, caramelized shallots, horseradish spread and arugula or Sashimi with cranberry ponzu, shaved jalapeno, orange, microgreens with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Second course offering is a choice of Braised Lamb Shank with leek and gruyere polenta, swiss chard and cipollini onion or Seared Bronzini with Swank Farm carrots, cauliflower puree, greens and kumquat-olive salsa or a 6oz Beef Tenderloin with crispy Brussels, roasted garlic potato puree and cabernet jus. For dessert, a Chocolate Hazelnut Cake with praline cremeux and raspberry. A la carte menu will also be available.
