Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits, Fort Lauderdale’s chic seaside escape, invites friends and families to celebrate the holidays with a special Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve buffet. On Christmas Day the regular breakfast menu is offered from 7AM to 11AM. From noon to 9PM, guests can choose from an array of decadent buffet options priced at $95 per adult and $49 per child (ages 5 through 12), excluding tax and gratuity. Offerings include a Breakfast Station (available until 3PM); Salad Station; Hammock Hallow Garden Bar; Charcuterie Display; Raw Bar; Sushi and Dim Sum Station; turkey and ham at the Carving Stations, and Hot Entrees such as Braised Lamb Shank with Cranberry Beans. Children can also enjoy their favorites such as macaroni and cheese or chicken fingers at the Kids Buffet. Guests can finish with a multitude of Christmas-inspired sweets at the Dessert station, featuring festive treats like White Chocolate Cinnamon Apple Lollipops and Mini Gingerbread Sandwiches.
Guests are also invited to ring in the New Year on December 31st, with live entertainment, party favors and a Five-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu, including a champagne toast, for $150 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Beginning at 7PM, guests can start the night off with an amuse bouche of Asparagus Gazpacho with Marcona almonds, crème fraiche and Alba truffle. For the first course, guests can choose from a Coconut Bisque with lobster, basil and popcorn or Kusshi Oysters Three Ways with mimosa sorbet, mojito ice and rum punch. Second course options include Black Bass with haricot vert, coppa ham, leek, cauliflower and parmesan emulsion or Lake Meadow Duck with pumpkin gnocchi, rum apples, braised greens and sage. Third course options include Diver Scallops with parsnips, chanterelles, bacon and caper jus or Pork Belly with white beans, molasses, collard greens, chili glaze and cherry wood smoke. Fourth course includes Filet Mignon with potato, carrot, nicoise olives and black pepper jus or Lamb with cranberry bean cassoulet, boar sausage, duck cracklings, black truffle and cabernet jus. To top it off, diners can indulge in Spumoni with cherry cream, pistachio cake, chocolate cherry crumbs and spiced chocolate ice crema or Winter Haven with sea salt chocolate honeycomb, malted milk marshmallow and strawberry peach gel. Children are welcome to order off the regular kids menu. After 10PM, guests can continue the celebration at the after party in the Astor Lounge.
