Glass and Vine
For National Bourbon Month, Glass and Vine, the garden oasis in the heart of Coconut Grove’s Peacock Park offers the barrel-aged spirit in the Commodore Sour ($13) with Buffalo Trace bourbon, yuzu, soy, and rice vinegar. The modern, nocturnal playground Living Room located at the W South Beach Hotel & Residences, is known for its innovative mixology program and artisanal libations.
