In true Blue Moon Fish Company style, guests will be the first to indulge in new handcrafted, signature cocktails, a delectable, revitalized brunch and celebrate with an exclusive party under the stars and blue moon. A Blue Moon only appears every two to three years when there are two full moons in the same calendar month. This rare and spectacular occurrence presents one with the chance to renovate and reinvent, allowing Blue Moon Fish Company to introduce their new take on Floridian flavors infused with Louisiana style. Experience the reason behind the popular phrase used to describe a rare event, “once in a blue moon” with the week of spectacular events at Blue Moon Fish Company.

Chef Owner Baron Skorish and Bryce Statham have created a romantic evening for two. Wine and dine your loved one while enjoying an appetizer platter, 2 salads, 2 entrées, 2 desserts and a bottle of red or white wine. Raw Bar Platter: Jumbo Gulf Shrimp Cocktail, Tuna Poki, Local Fish Ceviche and Hand-Rolled Sushi. Followed by a choice of two salads: Hydroponic Bibb & Candied Walnuts Salad; Hearts of Palm, Pan Fried Panchetta, Gorgonzola or Hearts of Romaine Caesar; Shaved Parmesan, Jumbo Garlic Croutons, Cracked Black Pepper. Two entrées from a choice of 6 Blue Moon Fish Company Favorites: Sautéed Key West Yellowtail Snapper with Maine Lobster “Mac & Peas” and Lime Herb Butter, Grilled Filet Mignon with Potato Pancake, Gorgonzola Butter and Port Wine Demi, Seared Rare Yellowfin Tuna with Sticky Sushi Rice, Jicama Slaw and Soy Yuzu Vinaigrette, Herb Roasted Salmon with Pearl Cous-Cous, Zucchini, Overnite Tomatoes, Marcona Almonds and Citrus Zest, Sautéed Jumbo Shrimp & Penne Pasta withTruffled Peccorino, Grilled Zucchini, Spinach, Tomato, Lemon, Pesto and Castelvetrano Olives or Murray’s Farm Free Range Chicken Breast with Fingerling Potatoes and Thyme Chicken Jus. Beginning on Wednesday August 29, then available daily at the bar from 11:30 a.m. to 10p.m., along with the vast selection of wines and beers. Taste the fusion of Louisiana flare and Floridian flavors while sipping on $12 Signature Cocktails including; Blue Moon Voodoo, Blueberry Jamboree, Watermelon-Cucumber Cooler, Alligator Moonshine, Raspberry Refresher, Rum Jumbaylaya, Old Florida Sippin’ Tea and Duval Street Julip. Enjoy $9 Small Bites including; Prince Edward Island Mussles, Crab Cake, Firecracker Oysters, Diver Scallops, Shrimp Cocktail, Ceviche, Calamari, Brie and Hand Cut Truffled French Fries with Parmesan.

Great Wines of the World, Thursday August 30, 6:30 PM- 7:30 PM, $25 per person

Travel to New Zealand with Blue Moon Fish Company to explore 4 of the region’s finest wines while enjoying 4 hand passed, traditional tapas items. Whites begin with 2010 Sauvignon Blanc, Esk Valley, Marlborough, New Zealand and finish with 2010 Chardonnay, Esk Valley, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. Moving onto reds, starting with 2010 Pinot Noir, Villa Maria, Private Bin, Marlborough, New Zealand and ending with 2010 Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec, Esk Valley, Gimblett Gravels, New Zealand. Wines are available for purchase and can be enjoyed with dinner proceeding the tasting. Receive 25% off of your entire check when dining after the tasting.

Sponsored by Russian Standard Vodka, sip on the evening’s specially prepared Blue Moon Voodoo and indulge in delectable $9 tapas. Enjoy live entertainment from the soulful blues and pop band, Ike and Val while you celebrate the magical Blue Moon.

You’ve heard about the famous Blue Moon Fish Company Brunch, now experience Fort Lauderdale's only All-you-can-enjoy Sunday Brunch Buffet with unlimited Champagne, Mimosas and Bloody Marys at the new time of 11:00 a.m. Indulge at the Breakfast Bar with Corn Flake Crusted French Toast with Green Apple Syrup. Enjoy Georges Bank “Snap” Crab Clusters with Honey Mustard & Warm Butter from the Seafood Table. Experience Chef Baron’s Famous Cipriani Meatballs from the Tuscan Trattoria.
