WHO/WHAT: MiMo gem, Blue Collar, will offer diners one more reason to visit throughout the duration of the annual Miami Spice Restaurant Program this September. For the promotion’s second month, the casual neighborhood spot will make its entire menu available for Spice-goers. Guests will have the option of choosing any appetizer, entrée and dessert – all off the regular menu priced at $23 for lunch and $39 for dinner. The made-from-scratch selection includes noshes or appetizers, entrées, a daily rotation of braised dishes, parmesans, ribs (available for Miami Spice dinner only) and a wide variety of vegetable specialties.
Guests can start with the Pork & Beans or settle into a warm plate of Shrimp & Grits; then tear through the celebrity namesake sandwich, The Corben, with braised brisket, latkes and ‘meat juice’ or Jambalaya with Wild Florida Shrimp, Chicken, Proper Sausages, Trinity, Gumbo File, and Basmati Rice; finishing on a sugar-high with the wildly popular Butterscotch Heath Bar Bread Pudding topped with cayenne whipped cream.
