Wine enthusiasts will want to mark their calendars - on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, vintner Aurelio Montes of Chile’s esteemed Montes Premium Wines will welcome guests to BLT Prime Miami for an exclusive evening of stellar wines and delicious food. BLT Prime Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward has created an exclusive dinner menu that is perfectly matched to the exceptional wines from Montes’s vineyards.
Montes wines first hit the headlines in 1987 with its Cabernet Sauvignon, the first premium wine exported from Chile. Today, more than 90 percent of Montes wines are intended for export and are distributed in more than 100 countries on five continents. The winery continues to create interesting wines, taking risks with new horizons and projects that will undoubtedly continue to surprise and delight wine lovers around the world.
Joined by vintner Aurelio Montes of his namesake winery, guests will enjoy a five-course dinner featuring flavors that perfectly compliment the select vintages being presented. A cocktail reception will kick off the festivities in the BLT Prime bar and lounge, followed by the dinner itself in one of the restaurant’s reserved private dining rooms.
