Blt Prime Debuts Doral’s Newest Essential Happy Hour

With Extended Hours, Creative Cocktails and Specially Priced Offerings Including Oysters & Bubbles, Wine & Charcuterie and More

BLT Prime, the famed New American steakhouse that has become Doral’s premier dining destination since opening in 2014, is excited to debut a new Happy Hour menu this Fall that will quickly serve as the city’s mainstay for post-work libations, pre-dinner sips, or a complement to the afternoon golf game. Starting Tuesday, September 4th with new extended hours Monday through Friday from 4PM to 7PM, the menu will feature tempting cocktails, spirits, wine and beer selections alongside perfectly paired bites and additional drink specials.

The welcoming bar - overlooking the famed Blue Monster golf course - invites guests to wind down with stellar drink specials, priced at $5, $10 and $15. Enjoy spirits and cocktails Neat, Up, or On the Rocks, including the refined Ambrose with Brugal rum, orange curacao, lime juice and honey ginger syrup; the Lychee Martini with Finlandia vodka, lychee and St. Germain liqueur; South Sangria with choice of red or white wine, figenza, brandy, passion fruit, pineapple and citrus; or Calle 8 with Hangar 1 mandarin blossom, tuaca liqueur, guava puree, and a splash of lime. For guests that prefer their drinks neat – sip on Monkey Shoulder scotch, Tullamore Dew whiskey or Tin Cup whiskey. Wine and bubble pours on offer are Harken Chardonnay, Austerity Cabernet Sauvignon, or Caposaldo Prosecco. Beer choices will include Bud Light or Wynwood Brewing’s La Rubia Blonde Ale.

There are $5 bar Bites as well including Day Boat Ceviche with chulpe corn, avocado, red onion and aji amarillo and Marinated Olives tossed with lemon, herbs and manchego cheese. For $10, more substantial dishes of Fresh Maine Lobster BLT on a toasted Hawaiian bun, tropical slaw, smoked bacon and pico de gallo or Spicy Ahi Tuna Tacos with citrus ponzu, sriracha aioli and micro cilantro are available, and $15 will bring you a Slider Trio of beef, pork and salmon or a Mediterranean Flatbread with grilled chicken, feta cheese, red onion, grape tomatoes and Kalamata olives.

Chef Steve Mendez has designed some special combo dishes that are paired with wine and bubbles for $15 – the Chef’s Board offering a selection of charcuterie and fromage paired with a glass of wine or the From the Sea combo, boasting a chef’s choice of six oysters paired with a glass of Caposaldo Prosecco.
