When Beaker & Gray opened its doors in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District last year Chef/Owner Brian Nasajon and Bar Manager/Owner Ben Potts introduced South Florida to a playful, globally inspired concept with a nod to elegant dining but with a twist.
Nasajon’s approachable yet bold cuisine combined with Potts’ inventive cocktail menu earned Beaker & Gray a spot as the year’s best-reviewed restaurants by The Miami Herald and Miami New Times, along with numerous national acclamations.
On Monday, December 19, 2016 from 10PM to midnight, the longtime friends turned business partners are celebrating Beaker & Gray’s one-year anniversary with an evening of bites, cocktails and fun. Guests can join the team in party mode as Nasajon prepares signature complimentary passed bites. On the bar front, Potts will offer every guest one complimentary drink using an array of Pernod Ricard spirits to include Absolut Elyx, Jameson Caskmates and Olmeca Altos Tequila.
Partygoers wishing to stay until morning can order from Beaker & Gray’s snacks menu, featuring late-night style bites such as Cheesy Fries with ahi amarillo and queso fresco; Mini Reuben sandwiches with pastrami and Swiss cheese; and Pan Frito complete with jerk mayo and smoked paprika.
