Beaker And Gray Announces Foundation For New Education Initiatives As April Beneficiary Of Instant Karma Happy Hour

Widely considered one of the region’s foremost best new restaurants and a premier watering hole, Beaker & Gray is sweetening their Happy Hour promotion. Co-owners Brian Nasajon and Ben Potts are upping the ante with Instant Karma; each month, the hip eatery will join forces with a local non-profit organization and donate a percentage of their Happy Hour proceeds to benefit the cause.

The restaurant’s Instant Karma promotion will occur the fourth week of every month. From that Monday through Thursday, a percentage of Happy Hour sales will benefit a different local non-profit/charity organization. Beaker & Gray’s charity partner for April is the Foundation for New Education Initiatives (FNEI), whose mission is to support the educational initiatives of Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). Together they work to provide students with world-class educational opportunities. FNEI seeks to enhance student achievement and community engagement in support of The Parent Academy and other educational initiatives of Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

The April edition of the Instant Karma fundraiser will run from Monday, April 24 through Thursday, April 27. From 4PM to 7PM, Happy Hour goers can enjoy bites such as Grilled Cheese – smoked ham, Swiss cheese and pickles; Croquettes – Wagyu, Manchego cheese and jerk-aioli; savory Mochi – dill, coconut, togarashi; and a variety of cocktails, beers and wines to wash it all down. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, Noon to 4PM; dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 6PM to 11PM, and Friday and Saturday from 6PM to Midnight.
