Brickell’s chic brasserie, Balan’s is spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with a celebratory prix fixe three-course meal for two priced at $125 pp + tax & service, the sophisticated sit-down features a welcome champagne (Perrier Jouët, Grand Brut NV), Chef’s amuse brioche, appetizer, entree, and a dessert. To start, guests can choose from an assortment of Balan’s most loved appetizers including beef carpaccio, shrimp tempura, and beetroot & feta. Second-course options include an extravagant Chilean Sea Bass (coconut yam puree, brussels, plum chutney & beurre blanc), Truffle Carbonara (bacon & cream sauce, truffle confit 62.5-degree yolk, maitake mushrooms, beurre monte & black vinegar gastrique, red lentil ) or Filet Mignon (truffle butter & parmesan fries). To wrap up, guests can revel in a decadent Brioche Bread Pudding (walnut, salted caramel, beurre noisette ice cream), or a delicious Cheesecake (white & milk chocolate crumble. The romantic Valentine’s dinner will be available on Monday, February 14th. Balan’s will also be offering a specialty Valentine’s cocktail, “English Rose” prepared with Gin, Rasberry, Egg White & Rose Syrup.
