Balans brickell is ringing in the new year in fabulous fashion. Bringing the glamor of a masquerade ball, Chef Richard Jimenez has created a special NYE menu & welcome champagne cocktail. At $250 + tax & service per guest, guests will start with their choice of Coconut Almond Gazpacho, Smoked Salmon Rose, Lamb Tartare, or Hamachi Crudo before diving into dishes featuring Kombu Steamed Cho Chee Salmon, Butter Poached Sturgeon, and Waygu Strip Seared Medium Rare. A choice of Creme Brulee or Sorbet Selection rounds on the dessert selections. In addition to the pre-fixe menu, Balan’s will also have DJ & entertainment till late with bottle service tables as well. What better way to bid 2021 farewell than with a great meal, good drinks, and fun entertainment.
