What better setting to give thanks than at table with one of the best water views in Miami? Celebrate Thanksgiving with Asia de Cuba at Mondrian South Beach with an imaginatively prepared four-course holiday menu. Begin with a warm bowl of Calabaza (West Indian pumpkin) Soup with a black bean dumpling, followed by a refreshing Avocado, Mango and Crab Salad dressed in a tropical fruit sauce. For the entrée, Chef Joe Maynard took the route of traditional with a twist, serving Pavochòn, a turkey roasted in the style of lechòn, or Suckling Pig. The menu’s final course is a sweet sendoff of Coconut Flan with besitos de coco and Spiced Rum Anglaise.
