Art Basel Miami Beach 2014 is fast approaching, and Green Dragon Group has the perfect occasion to brighten up your holiday season. The sustainable development company will be presenting a first-look at its newest real estate venture Fifty Seven during the exhibition for Peter Marino—a high-fashion architect who’s designed for luxury brands such as Chanel, Dior, Fendi and Louis Vuitton, to name a few. The event will take place at the VIP Lounge at Bass Museum of Art, located at 2100 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139, on Wednesday, Dec. 3, from 7 to 11 p.m. Complimentary Champagne and Morning Sunshine Breakfast Cookies, the healthy indulgence perfect for the New Year, will be provided.
Designed by award-winning firm Sieger Suárez Architects, Fifty Seven will be an iconic mixed-use mid-rise residential building, complete with an infinity pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and ground-level businesses designed for and committed to sustainability. Fifty Seven, with 84 units ranging approximately from 2,200 to 4,400 square feet, will be well-integrated into the city’s urban scene of Miami Upper Eastside and in close proximity to the fashionable Miami Design District. Envisioned as a pedestrian-friendly enclave, Fifty Seven will connect its residents to the world-class dining and shopping destinations throughout the area.
